JOIN OCREP
Who can join?
All organizations and public agencies providing assistance to persons who are in custody or who have recently been released from jail or prison are encouraged to join OCREP. Individuals who are not associated with a service provider may also join OCREP and attend all general membership meetings for the purpose of sharing and receiving information on prisoner reentry issues.

What is required to join?
OCREP requires that interested organizations and individuals complete an OCREP Registration form by clicking on the button at the top of the page and submit it on-line for approval by the Board of Directors' membership chairman. Once approved, the applicant will receive an email verifying acceptance as an OCREP member. At this time, no membership fees are required to join OCREP.

What are the responsibilities of OCREP members?
OCREP is a collaborative organization created to advance the belief that all Orange County residents will benefit from the provision of comprehensive reentry services for the formerly incarcerated. OCREP asks that its members attend bi-monthly meetings to share in the discussion of reentry issues and to help identify solutions to the challenges faced by persons who are released from jail or prison.

What are the benefits of OCREP membership?
At general membership meetings and through web bulletins and forums, OCREP members receive information regarding pending legislation and grant opportunities that may impact their organizations or agencies. OCREP meetings and web forums also provide a voice for concerned individuals and organizations who wish to help shape Orange County's reentry strategy, policies and objectives.

OCREP is an excellent place to network with other service providers and create relationships that benefit your organization and Orange County's reentry effort. It is also an ideal way to market what you have to offer the consumer and to the government agencies that facilitate prisoner reentry. OCREP members will be provided links on the OCREP web page and will be added to the OCREP database of resource providers offering services to custodies, the formerly incarcerated and their families.
